Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Policy

DIVINE WELLCURE does not accept returns. However, if a wrong or damaged product is delivered, we will either initiate a refund or ship the correct product again, as per the customer’s request. The customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.


2. How to Raise a Request

To report a wrong or damaged product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account at www.divinewellcure.com
  2. Go to Support
  3. Select Ticket Subject
  4. Choose Ticket Purpose
  5. Enter the Ticket Description
  6. Click on “Create Ticket” to submit

3. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
