Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns

All products are non-returnable once delivered.

We do not accept returns for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Personal preference
  • Delivery delay caused by courier services

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges once the order has been delivered.

However, in case a wrong or damaged product is delivered, you are eligible for resolution as per our Refund Policy. We will either:

  • Initiate a refund for the incorrect or damaged product, or
  • Ship the correct product again, as per your preference.

All such requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
